• July workshop on July 19th? That is during the Gillette convention. Which option: cancel the workshop and postpone until August 21st (I will in an EB meeting in Cincinnatti that day but I should be able to attend), delay it one week to July 26, (some may still be traveling), or ?

• Area and Chapter Officer elections – our chapters and the EAMA can function only when we have volunteers willing to fill open positions.
o Multiple chapters have or are currently experiencing difficulty with elections:
• Family RVAssociation ANNUAL MEETING AND NATIONAL ELECTIONS:July 16-19, 2025in Gillette, WY
o Eastern Area currently has 13 National/AlternateDirectors and Temporary Delegates registered for attendance. This number represents only 52% of our 25 eligible chapters (associate and inactive chapters are not eligible)
o Have any other chapters identified National/AlternateDirectors or Temporary Delegates? It may not be too late to register with the Chapters Office.
o Governing Board material will not be mailed this year. NDs unable to attend wishing a print copy can contact after the convention.
• Recruiting and Retention
o New process for reaching out to new members is being rolled out by the Management Committee and Executive board. Information and tools will be released soon.

• ELECTRONIC/ABSENTEE VOTING FOR EAMA ELECTIONS(Tim Keppler)
o Tim Keppler and Victor Burch volunteered to help Gary Lyons put together a proposal and present it to our BOD. Suggested software packages and early discussions have taken place. The committee hopes to have a proposal ready for the next workshop.
o Our goal is to be able to implement it for 2025 officer elections
