Considerations on evaluatiing these attached recommended Bylaws changes – these are mostly to bring the naming into agreement with FRVA, but also to add clarity to electronic voting without imposing restrictions:
1 RED gets removed
2 GREEN goes in its place
3 Several typos corrected (ByLaws to Bylaws and ofiices to offices)
4 BLUE is an Addition to the duties of the nomination committee for
conducting the election process and count and to grease the skids for
future Bylaws changes by mail “OR OTHER ELECTRONIC” Ballots.
