After the EAMA Workshop last evening, I was contacted by Nancy Craig, president of the newly formed Over the Mountain chapter of FRVA. She sent me a “newsy” letter. Nancy said, “We’ve not really put together a newsletter as such, but I do send lots of chatty and updates to our members…sometimes I think it might be too much, but folks do seem to respond and add their thoughts and voice to what is shared. I’ve attached what passes as our newsletter, and our trifold with information on our chapter, along with what we have been using to recruit members.”
THIS is the kind of stuff that I wish some of our established chapters would be doing!!! Thank you Nancy and the Over the Mountain chapter members!!
Now, the Newsletter is below and I’ll write a separate post for the Tri-fold as I have done with the other chapters. The Recruiting Flyer is yet another document that I will add to my Flourish or Fail piece. I predict that this chapter will have no difficulty finding new members!
