As such, we have posted the survey form on our website below the FRVA Menu on the home page. As posted at that location, you will have to print it out, fill it out and then scan (or take a clear photo of it) and return it via e-mail to Nancy Pierce at , drop it in the US Mail to Nancy Pierce at 378 shadow Drive, Marion NC 28752 or hand the completed survey to your Chapter president if you fill it out at rally.
We are in the process of trying to reproduce the survey on this website that can be completed and submitted completely online. When that becomes available, we will repost this announcement as add a link to the online survey here.
